Meet Graisyn, a brave and resilient almost 3-year-old who was born on September 23, 2021, at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT.

Graisyn was diagnosed with posterior urethral valves and end-stage renal disease. He has already undergone two surgeries, including a valve ablation and a Gastric Tube placement. This "G-Tube" is how he is currently recieving his main nutrition.
He is awaiting a renal transplant and is under the careful monitoring of Salt Lake City Nephrology Care at Primary Children's Hospital and the University of Utah.

Graisyn has a weakend immune system that often means he is hospitalized for things most kids his age can shrug off.
Despite this he remains an active and curious child that loves to play with is brother and does his best to keep up with other children his age.
